A fan favorite from Oregon State University. The most striking thing about the Indigo Rose is it's rare dark purple skin (which is thought to be extremely high in antioxidants). This is a wonderfully compact plant that reaches peak flavor when the 1-2" tomatoes are soft to the touch.
