Vibrant orange and yellow petals
Offers a spicy taste similar to saffron and can be used in wine, puddings, broths or soups
This annual can grow up to 2’ feet tall, easily reseeds, and takes about 55 days to mature
Traditional usage (TWM): antiseptic, inhibits inflammation, promotes healing.
The flowers, when boiled, yield a bright yellow-orange dye.
